This manual is the result of seven long years of asking, pleading, and outright demanding some answers about our lost innocence as a child, why we as humans are here in the first place and what are we supposed to do while we are here. It wasn’t until the year (2008) that I was prompted by the Holy Spirit to piece this revelation all together and present it to the Body of Christ and those who still remain skeptical about who we are and who our Lord and Savior is. This is not a lengthy message because of it’s teach ability to the masses of those in the Body of Christ who need this message now!

Restoration, Purpose, Mission Placement, and Relationship will be the foundational stones of this manual. The Body of Christ must have all four of these foundational anchors firmly attached, to better deal with those who are still searching for the Way, the Truth, and the Life, Jesus the Christ. For it is He, the “God who saves us,” Jesus the Christ, that these foundational anchors are attached too. And as one whose office is apostolic, the teachings in this manual are to assist with the repairing of the breach between the foundation messages of Christ and His church. The real Church of Jesus has been caught off guard by the enemy too long. With the understanding and application of the tools in this manual we are not as likely as the end time’s church to be tossed to and fro any longer.

This manual is intended to expose the works of Satan in this day and the powerful tools given to us Saints to defeat him. This manual will assist in the study of Gods’ Word and bring revelation and application tools to assist us in the use of certain keys the Lord has given us through the study of His Word so that we can live more effectively as Kingdom Builders for His Kingdom. By having a right relationship with the Father, through His Son, with the counsel of the Holy Spirit, we will be able to live more at peace with whom He is as God and who we are as His chosen vessels for this part of our journey.

This message didn’t come without a price. In the process of receiving this revelation over the last seven years, I lost my personal business of 6 years, 3 houses to foreclosure, all my vehicles, and my wife of nine years.

Prior to the loss of all worldly possessions I had asked the Lord to make me free to serve Him. This was obviously the result and I praise Him! I count it all gain! Free to serve and free to honor the King of Kings with all of me, nothing held back. And what was taken away was replaced with Restoration and Transformation power!

This manual will also identify and expound a bit on our callings and the gifts of the Spirit, to assist you with identifying your mission placement while you are visiting here on earth.

This message is very timely and essential for this century of our pilgrimage here on this tiny planet. In order for there to be true revival across the land, we as the Body of Christ must first be restored back to our first love and get about the business of doing the first works of Jesus our Messiah.

(Note: All scriptural quotes and references are from the Authorized King James Bible, also noted; any references to God will always be capitalized by the author)

Section One - Know thine Enemy

Who is the enemy and where did the enemy come from?
The questions above are answered below through the study of God’s Word. As you read the following verses you will become acquainted with the enemy of our soul and how he became the adversary and accuser of mankind. This study must come first before we can go any further. It is my earnest prayer that this message prompted by the Holy Spirit will assist us all with our pilgrimage here on planet Earth.

With that said, let’s begin our journey of restoration, transformation, purpose, placement, and relationship.

I John 3:8 KJV
He that committeth sin is of the devil, for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

Satan, (known as Lucifer before he sinned) wanted to be equal with God.
Isaiah 14:12-14
How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning how art thou cut to the ground, which didst weakened the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High.’

Satan fell from the highest heaven

Revelation 12:7-9
And war broke out in heaven! Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Ezekiel 28:14-15
You were the anointed cherub who covers; I established you; you were on the holy mountain of God; you walked back and forth in the midst of fiery stones. You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, till iniquity was found in you.

Satan was a murderer and a liar from the beginning.

John 8:44
You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.

Ezekiel 28:16
By the abundance of your trading you became filled with violence within, and you sinned; therefore I cast you as a profane thing out of the mountain of God; and I destroyed you, O covering cherub, from the midst of the fiery stones.

John 10:10
The thief (Satan) cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Further Scriptural References:
Daniel 10:13; Job 1; Job 2; Ephesians 6:12; John 12:31; Matthew 4:3-11; Revelation 12:9, 13:4-15. (Be sure to read the first two chapters of Job carefully).

Reflecting God’s glory:
Lucifer was created to reflect Gods’ glory; we however were created in His image, in the image of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:26-27) You can imagine that Satan is not too happy about our existence and has made it quite clear what he plans to do about it.

It is important to give these scriptures references to you, since many of us haven’t taken the time to investigate the enemy of our soul. It is not a pleasant thing to do, and some are a little hesitant in speaking about Satan. They have given the excuse that speaking about him will glorify him. We are never to glorify the enemy, we are to expose him! No decent General of any army ever goes into battle without studying and knowing his enemy. We have failed as the Church to understand the tactics of our adversary and strategize against his kingdom of darkness. In the following sections I will share with you why.

Isn’t God in control?
Yes, the Lord YHWH (Yahweh) is in full control otherwise I wouldn’t be here and you wouldn’t be reading this manual. The question in my heart to the Lord of Lords has always been; “Why doesn’t the Lord just get rid of this Devil and we could all live happily ever after.”
I mentioned in the first paragraph of this study that we as people are here on this planet as pilgrims. We are here on a journey. We have been sent here for a purpose. After being reintroduced back to the Father who created us, accepting the sacrifice of our Lord and Savior Jesus our Messiah, on the cross of Calvary, for the remission of sins, then receiving the risen Lord Jesus into our heart by the Holy Spirit who; being the promise sent to us after Jesus ascended back into Heaven, we start our journey to the Celestial City. After once being “lost” right out of the womb on this journey and now “found,” we then are able to start our walk on the “right path” advancing the Kingdom of Jesus Christ here on this planet (whew). (A great book to read is; “A Pilgrims Progress” by John Bunyan.)

I Peter 2:9-11:
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into marvelous light: Which in times past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims abstain from fleshly lust, which war against the soul.

Many a religion has been motivated by our enemy to keep us from the truth of the Cross. As I have studied the enemy’s tactics, I have learned that he will do whatever it takes to cause you to doubt your faith in Christ Jesus as well as your purpose here. When we understand the purpose of our existence, it makes it easier to understand the enemy’s tactics against us. If he can not kill us in the womb, he will try to destroy us after. If he can not destroy our bodies, then he will work on our minds. The enemy knowing that we have an imagination and expressive creative abilities will try to influence those areas with lies and deceit. This is done at an early age by offenses done unto us.

The Tactic of Secrets:
Secret societies are everywhere in the world, and have been since the first worship of a false god by man. Cults such as Freemasons and the Illuminati are but covers for the rise of the antichrist in the last days. These cults use terms and sayings like; “Do what thou wilt,” “oneness,” “new age,” “free and accepted,” “Lucifer is the true God,” “Grand Architect of the Universe,” “all paths lead to heaven,” “you can achieve godhood,” etc. Satan is all about manipulating our “free will” and likes to start doing that when we are but out of our mother’s womb.

Still in control:
I was blessed as a young child to have had a visitation from the Lord. My step father at the time had become drunk and threatened to kill my mom and the rest of us one evening this happened quite often in our home but this time I believed he would do it. I was only seven, yet I knew enough to run into my room and get down on my knees and pray to God for deliverance.
As I was praying, a bright light came to me and the Lord spoke to me. He assured me that no one would be allowed to kill me and that I would be helping Him with His Church when I grew older. Shortly there after, I was hit by a pick up truck while on my bicycle and I walked away with no scratches or injuries. The big dent in the truck that hit me and my mangled bicycle was all the damage the enemy of my soul could muster up. I could give you testimony after testimony of how many times the Lord has protected me from harm. Praise the King of Kings! He’s still in control. A few years latter my dad filed for full custody of my sister and I and we ended up living with him until I graduated from High School.

I remember while reading my Bible one day in my dad’s recliner (age ten or eleven), my dad, who came into the room where I was, took a large Bible off the bookshelf and dusted it off and handed it to me. He said that this was the Masonic Bible and he went through the front of the Bible to show me all the Presidents of the United States that were Freemasons. He was so proud of this Bible. He even told me that one day when I was an adult I could join too. I asked my dad what was Freemasons? He told me that it was a secret and that one day if they picked me that they would tell me. He closed the Bible and promptly put it back on the shelf not to touch it again as long as I could remember. As my dad left the room, I pondered the whole thing of Freemasons and the fact that they had to choose you to join, (great, more rejection!) The Holy Spirit then spoke to me and said; “If it is a secret, it is not from me.”

That ended it for me; I never really gave it much thought until they started to recruit me in my early twenties. I praise God that He kept me to busy to take much thought in joining some elitist organization that denies Christ and the true Creator of the whole Universe.

Free will:
Another question I have laid before the King of Kings with. The question of “free will” has always been on my heart. I have pondered over and over what would life be like without it? Would we be like ants or bees going forth to do a distinct task or duty without questioning, “Why” or have the ability to do anything about it? We have all concluded by watching the Discovery Channel from America, these insects did their tasks and fulfilled their purpose for the advancement of the whole ant colony or bee hive.

Hollywood, California has been making movies left and right over this issue. Most recently, we have seen cute little movies about ants and bees. For what ever reason the screen writers wrote these stories I can assure you they have all asked the same question I have been asking; “what is free will?”

Obviously, Lucifer must have had free will to be able to choose to get off the path of his assigned duty as the anointed and covering cherub and be the rebellious angel who led 1/3 of Heaven’s angels to their eminent demise. In the scriptural reference looked at earlier, Ezekiel 28:14-15, it is obvious that Satan had stepped out of his assigned duty and then was cast out of the Holy Mountain by God.

Turning away from our true Creator; “Yahweh,” to embrace an antichrist religion that excuses sinful behavior is very liberal and dangerous living. The only thing that should be liberal about us as Christians should be our love for all mankind.

Knowing our Lord created us with “free will” concludes in my spirit, our Lord is a “True and Living God”. To give me the opportunity to choose Him or not, is all the proof I need to exalt Him above all else. This is true LOVE!

Section Two - You are accepted

Have you ever heard the words; “I have accepted you?”
These powerful words are what we as a people want to hear and believe more than anything. Paul reminds us in the book of Ephesians that Christ has accepted us and that we are part of the larger picture.

Acceptance with a price:
As mentioned earlier, Freemasons also use terms like; “accepted and free.” This is their great lie. The fact that they swear oaths unto death, tells me that there is no freedom nor is it free acceptance. The religion of Freemasonry is an allegory religion. They share a cute altruistic story of how they are a brotherhood that does good work for all mankind when in fact they are only interested in causing chaos and the toppling of governments so that the antichrist “Lucifer” may rise again. I know this to be true especially in Africa. Many of those who are involved in this cult do not realize “just what it is” that they had signed up for. They swear oaths unto death while being initiated into this cult, and make greater oaths for every level they achieve while advancing themselves further in the cults lie. What they are really doing is; swearing an oath unto a spiritual death. They pay large amounts of monies to this organization that is sole bent on ruling the world, not saving mankind. This form of acceptance is acceptance with a price to pay; your earthly wealth and your eternal soul (Ouch)!

I have accepted you and have paid the price for you:
In 2000, I was in prayer with a fellow Deliverance Minister when all of a sudden He started to pray for me. He looked down at my stomach and said these life changing words to me that I have never heard before in my life. He called me by my childhood name which was Billy. He said; “Billy, Jesus has accepted you!” At the time, I did not realize that he was not speaking to my stomach but to the little boy that had been so wounded and would have come up to my waist line. The love that came over me at that moment was so powerful and dramatic.
I realized that I was already accepted by the God of all things seen and unseen. He paid the price for my acceptance a long time ago; I just had to receive it.
After hearing Jesus speak through my brother those very powerful words, I cried like a little baby. Finally, my wounded, abandoned, rejected, abused little spiritual child was being dealt with. My healing and restoration would now start to happen and that I would later come to understand the power of His perfect love through forgiveness.
I then knew, forgiveness would be the medicine and weapon needed to raise my spiritual child into the powerful spirit man I am today. I had been given a gift of revelation that I knew would set the Body of Christ free. To return back to our first Love, and do the first works. No more hang ups, no more feelings of unworthiness or rejection. No more being like the Church of Sardis saying that; I was alive, but really was dead. We have been given a message to free us so that we can get about the business of serving the King! Praise His Holy name!

I have to go get a tissue; I’ll be right back, (whew)!

Before I formed thee:
As I was continuing in this study of restoration, it dawned on me how precious we really are to the Lord. Recently, I had been preaching from the Book of Jeremiah chapter 1, which tells us that we were known prior to us being in the womb. It was also in the womb that we were sanctified for a work to be done here on earth. Psalms Chapter, 139; confirms also that we were “fearfully and wonderfully made.” Understanding that we have purpose and there is a plan for every human being on the face of this planet sure does bring light to why the Devil hates us and wants us destroyed.

Jeremiah 1:5
“Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Psalms 139:14
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

It is safe to assume our lives here on earth are part of God’s larger picture. It is also safe to assume that the womb was an immediate threat to the Devil’s existence and the Devil had to do something about it.

According to the Word of God found in Genesis Chapter 3, the Devil appeared to Eve and tricked her into stepping out of her position in God’s will just like he did. That sneaky snake Satan didn’t much care about Adam when Adam was by himself; it was when Eve showed up on the scene, that the Devil felt threatened. From her womb could come more of these men. The Devil has been wroth with mankind ever since. The fact that the woman represents the church, and from the womb of the church, comes more churches or ministries, Revelations Chapter 12; makes more sense to me now than it has before.

After the incident in the Garden of Eden with the Devil, the Lord prophesied to the Devil and to mankind, that our seed would bruise the Devil’s head and that his seed would bruise “our” heels. This also proclaimed the Lord was going to crush Satan under His feet, through the selfless sacrifice of our Lord and Savior, the Word made flesh, on the Cross of Calvary many generations later.

Scriptural references; Ephesians 1:4-14; Jeremiah 1:5; Psalms 22: 9; Psalms 139:1-24; Genesis 3:1-24; John 1:14; John 3:16

Section Three - Fear verses Perfect Love

The Robbing of our Innocence:
Fear is truly a stronghold of bondage in our lives if Perfect Love is not applied to its foundation. We are unable to really please our Lord if we refuse to deal with the fears in our lives. In this section we are going to dig into an area that needs to be reckoned with.

Throughout the scriptures the Lord is exhorting us not to fear but to be of great courage. His displeasure is when we, who are supposed to be filled with His love, find ourselves yielding to the cry of our deep embedded covered up fears.

As a Restoration Minister I have come to believe that the sins we commit against God are initiated by our fears. We can blame everything on the Devil or his demons but until we deal a deathblow to the fears initiated in our lives we will not be able to destroy the strongholds set up in our childhood by the enemy.

This message in of itself is quite simple yet the intricacies of the web of fears in ones life can be quite complex as Satan would have it. Satan hates all mankind and purposes his attacks on us even while we are in the womb of our mothers. Satan knows that by instilling fears into our lives early, could cripple us as Christians later.

Recognizing that our childhood holds the key to most of the fears in our lives is a great revelation in itself. We must then ask the Holy Spirit to guide us as to where He was during our childhood and then apply the real truth of His love there so that we can get about the business of forgiveness and restoration to our inner child who has refused to grow up because fear had not been dealt with.

The reason the world has not been totally evangelized yet for Jesus is because of fear, which is the opposite of faith. Are we preaching yet! The reason this message is now coming forth is because Jesus is getting His church ready. If you refute this message you must also refute the Holy Scriptures. From the beginning to the end of His Holy Book, He instructs us to; “fear not” the creation that He created, but to fear Him, in reverence and love because He is the Creator of all things.

In Section Five of this Restoration Manual, you will be given powerful tools to assist you with your total restoration and healing. But it is here that we need to take a breather and go back to some fundamental things to help us identify strongholds that have been established in our early years. Let’s identify some of the characteristics of “fear” and the characteristics of “perfect love.”

Fear Identified:
Fear is a spirit
Fear causes torment in our spirit
Fear is built early in our lives, even before we exit the womb
Fear is built on lack of trust of that which is whole and true
Fear attacks the physical, mental, and spiritual parts of our lives
Fear soaks up life and hinders growth
Fear causes doubt
Fear causes separation
Fear can paralyze us making us captive unto bondage’s

Perfect Love Identified:
Perfect Love has a name: Jesus the Christ
Perfect Love is total forgiveness and the act of forgiving
Perfect Love is perfect peace
Perfect Love is great Joy
Perfect Love is long-suffering / patience
Perfect Love is meekness / humility
Perfect Love is gentleness
Perfect Love is faithful
Perfect Love is hopeful without doubt
Perfect Love is temperate / self governing
Perfect Love is true freedom
Perfect Love is true unity
Perfect Love is perfect faith
Perfect Love is unconditional

I John 4:18:
There is no fear in love; but PERFECT LOVE casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

Fear keeps us divided, Perfect Love keeps us united (Ephesians 4: 3 – 6)

Perfect Love takes Captivity captive. (Ephesians 4:8; Romans 8:15)

Read Proverbs 14:26 – 27; I Corinthian 13: 4 – 13; Ephesians 4: 1 – 3; I John 4: 7–21; II Timothy 1: 7; John 17: 20 – 26; Galatians 5:22

Fear God, not man:
I have found over 62 verses in the scriptures that admonish us not to fear but to trust God in all areas. A central theme in all of these verses is trusting in the Creator of our lives. I found verses that related to; provision, forgiveness, promise, redemption, deliverance, encouragement, strength, and sound mindedness. But the most important factor in all of this is; God loves us with a true and great affection. (Genesis 15:1 and Revelation 1:17)

Though the Lord our God tells us not to fear, He is referencing the things of this world. We are however to fear Him with reverence. He strongly encourages us to love him with a reverent heart, being zealous for Him. (Psalm 23:4; Psalm 118:4-8; Prov.29:25)

Categories of fear:
Environmental / Elemental / Natural

Fear of heights (Eccles. 12:5), closed spaces, water, storms, fire, wind, noises (or the lack of noise), darkness, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, animals, insects, the unknown.

Social / Learned
Abandonment, rejection, failure, no control / losing (I have found many who have these issues in their lives).

Physical
Provision, guilt, dying, ugliness / deformity

Fear enters in:
Because we are created in God’s image, Satan has a mission to have us destroyed as quickly as possible. One of Satan’s tactics is to instill a fear foundation in our lives as soon as possible. If he can motivate our parents to fight or damage their bodies prior to our birth he is able to place a foundation that will keep doors open for his involvement in our lives until we give our lives back to Jesus (John 10:10).

The study of our childhood could result in some very interesting fears which maybe are still hidden, but have been influencing our disobedience to God. Unless the child receives proper healing, that wounded child inside of them will continue to affect that individual well into their adult years (I Corinthians 13:11).

Knowing now that our fears influence our judgments and encourage us to exercise our free will over the perfect will of the Father, we must start dealing a death blow to any strongholds of fear in our lives. The Word of God is about to show us how, in the next few sections of this manual.

Section Four - Dealing with our loss of innocence

As a minister of the gospel of Jesus the Christ, I have often wondered why we as the Body of Christ, refuse to step out and show up for duty. If what we believe is the truth, why do we hold the truth in unrighteousness? Do we not have an obligation to share the truth with everyone we know? This is a simple question that actually has a simple answer.

We as the Body do not promote the Kingdom of Jesus for a couple of reasons:
1. We have lost our innocence due to fears as a child and allow shame, guilt, plus self preservation to elude us from serving Jesus with the gifts of His Spirit.
2. Secondly, we have believed the wrong reports due to the fears of others within our social circles.

I have exhorted my fellow chaplains and ministers with the following facts that as Christians we need to be aware of;
1. Satan hates you and wants you destroyed.
2. Satan has been involved in stealing our innocence since childhood allowing doors of fear to be established.
3. Fear cripples us from trusting the Truth.
4. Not trusting the Lord gets us in a lot of trouble, (pride, arrogance, ignorance).
5. By not trusting in the Lord we are in rebellion promoting our own craftiness, (bewitching, manipulation of the truth = witchcraft).

Scriptural references: Mark 9:21; John 10:10; II Tim 1:7; Psalms 118:8; Jeremiah 17: 5-7

Sin defined:
Whenever we as people allow our fears (which are established from the lack of innocence) to influence our free will, to exercise itself over the perfect will of the Father, we have sinned. And having sinned we are not trusting the Father of our souls thus making us rebellious and practicing our own craftiness, (witchcraft)

And when we sin, we sin against God alone (Psalms 51:4). It is by His divine laws that He is able to judge the hearts and actions of mankind as well as His entire kingdom.

Back to the Garden of Eden:
The key to our innocence is found back in the Garden of Eden. Before sin entered the scene of mankind, man was an innocent being. He walked and talked with the Lord daily in the garden and was not ashamed. Adam and Eve walked daily in the Glory of our Lord and were not aware of their nakedness until they stepped out of position, out of place of His perfect will. Adam and Eve were childlike in nature and thus a target of the enemy. We also know that we as “Adams” were created a little lower than the angels yet unlike Lucifer (now Satan the accuser) who was created to reflect the image of the Most High God; we were created in the image of God. Once again, evidence as to why Satan does not care too much for us here on planet Earth.

Scriptural references: Genesis 1:26, 2: 25, 3:1; Revelation 12:9

Rebellion against our Creator:
This has been the practice of the enemy since he had first deceived man. Man in return has become wicked, influenced by what he sees and believes as opposed to what he hears from our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ. The first lie ever recorded in the Bible was back in Genesis, when Satan manipulated God’s Word to deceive his biggest threat, “Eve” into being tempted to step out of the perfect path. As I mentioned earlier, Adam was not as much a threat to Satan as Eve was. She had the ability to birth forth more Adams, and this was not an option for the Devil. Every person who arrives here makes the Devil’s days start to dwindle.

Scriptural references: Genesis 3:1-7

Holding the thief accountable:
Each of us could fill volumes of books with personal defeats and acts of rebellion. But it is here where Satan loses his battle. For when grace and mercy entered into our lives through the selfless act of Holy sacrifice by our Lord; Jesus Christ, we can now claim back the innocence lost to us from childhood, helping us to return back to our spiritual Garden of Eden. This is where the Lord is restoring His Body of Disciples and Believers now. Back to the day we were reintroduced to the Father by the Son led by the Holy Spirit. The day we gave our soul to Jesus and were “born again,” It had to have been the best day of your life! The Body of Christ must return back to their “first love,” and do the “first works.” And what has been stolen from us through deception will be repaid or given back with a greater understanding then before. Revelation Chapter 2 verses 1-7 is a great study for what we need to be restored back to.

In Proverbs 6:30 - 31, wisdom teaches us that if the thief (Satan) has stolen from you he must restore seven fold. This scripture also tells us that the thief must be found. When the thief is found he must restore that which has been stolen seven times the amount taken.
If we do not ask the Lord of grace and mercy, who operates in perfect love, to restore our innocence and hold the thief accountable, we will then continue to operate out of the deficit of our given heritage. Understand that those in your life that have been used by the enemy of your soul have been operating out the same lack of spiritual heritage. They have carried on the spirit of offense from one generation to another

Example: Grandpa had an anger problem, your Dad has a bad temper for no good reason, and now you find your self with this same anger that you will now influence over your children.
Keep in mind that the anger in the example above is an evil spirit used by the enemy of your soul to keep robbing your family of their peace. This is also called a generational curse. Since demons don’t die they just keep transferring over and over unto the fourth generation. This obviously robs us of our innocence at an early age even before we have exited our mother’s womb.
Let’s look at a scriptural reference in Mark 9:20-21:
And they brought him unto Him (Jesus): and when he saw Him (Jesus), straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming. And He (Jesus) asked his father, How long is it ago that this came unto him? And he said, Of a child.

Jesus made sure that I saw this scripture as I was preparing for this message. He directed me to this scripture reference as I was making inquiries as to how Satan operates and I needed more proof that Satan attacks us as children. Satan knows the Lord’s laws, and just how to manipulate them as well as teach us to transgress them. What did this child do that he should be possessed by a demon? Why did Jesus, who knew all things, ask the father of the young man; “when did this spirit come unto him?” I believe it was to show us one of the tactics or devices used against us by the enemy of our souls.

As a young adult, I was a Criminal Justice Officer for the State of Florida working both in Corrections and Law Enforcement. I was amazed at some of the cases I undertook or had been involved with dealing with young offenders. I noted several times that the young people who were incarcerated had been committing the same offenses that their biological father had committed.

This might not seem strange to you, but these young offenders never knew their biological fathers personally if at all. These young people had been influenced spiritually by the same spiritual acts of their biological father on earth. Offenders generally have been offended themselves and the cycle of offense goes on. There is such a thing as the “spirit of offence” and I believe it is generational. The fact that we have been offending God, since Adam offended God in the Garden of Eden, is the ultimate probable cause to believe that the “spirit of offence” is generational to those who do not love God. I believe the reason a person offends others, is that they have no fear of God and are easily enticed to satisfy their own needs or wants. They in a sense have become idolatrous in nature, worshiping their own selves, becoming lovers of themselves and not the God who created them. Let’s look at one of God’s commandments found in Exodus chapter 20 verses 3-5:

Thou shall have no other Gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water underneath the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them nor serve them: For I the Lord thy God an a Jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me.

The study of the fall of Lucifer shows us that he did the same thing. This is the main reason Jesus had to be manifested in the very flesh He created, to destroy to works of Satan. It is very refreshing to know, God created us on purpose for a divine purpose and He refuses to let the disobedience of one of His children; Lucifer, to destroy His ultimate creation and that is us.

I John chapter 3 verse 8 tell us:
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was made manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.

Ignoring Satan doesn’t make him or his diabolical tactics go away. Satan knows he is defeated but his hate for mankind is deep and he wants to take as many of us to the lake of fire with him when Jesus does away with evil for all times.

As I have traveled into third world countries I have seen the fruit of Satan’s work. For example; in Central America, the orphan population is very high due to wars, famine and disease. The same can be said of Congo, Africa. Without the presence of a people filled with the Lord’s light, darkness swallows up the life in the land. Sitting on our couches and watching infomercials about the cheapness of life in third world countries and not doing something about it is a sad testimony of our light which the Lord has entrusted us with.

Hey Brother Bill; “Not all are called to third world countries.” You may not be called to go to a third world country where the Light of Christ needs to shine, but supporting those of us with this calling ensures your crowns in heaven.

Sorry, I start to get worked up over the apathy Satan has put the church to sleep with.

Why do we see abortion at an all time high right now? If we really are believers in Jesus the Christ, the author of life, what is our problem with this issue? Is there not more of us then there are of them? Proof again that our innocence is being robbed. When will we say enough to the enemy of our souls and start claiming that which was unlawfully taken from us back? When will women understand that the fruit of their womb is the greatest threat against the enemy of our souls? It really wasn’t Adam that was the threat to the Devil; it was when Eve showed up with the ability to make more of us. Abortion is a lie not a way out. If the Lord knows every soul that is sent here, why would we want to work for Satan and try to extinguish that little light no matter by what circumstance that light was conceived in?

Out of the “mouth” of such a light:
As I was preparing to return to Africa, I had stopped by the bank to deposit some funds for the trip. My teller and I were discussing who should be the next president of the United States? I was very blunt and said; I am not voting for anyone who is against life or against the truth of God’s Word. She exclaimed a hearty “amen” and then went on to tell me about her 6 year old grandson who had recently walked up to her and asked her why one of the presidential candidates wanted to kill babies? She then related to me that her bright little grandson, “the joy of her life,” had been conceived through rape. Her daughter refused to abort this precious gift from heaven even though the child was conceived through an act of violence. The grandson has a heart for the unborn and I know the Lord has great plans for that young child’s life, amen?

The wounded child:
The secular world has written many books and developed numerous theses about the wounded child. They blame humanity for this epidemic and so they should. But what do you expect from a bunch of wounded children who would rather believe in some neurological or psycho-sociopath explanation for people’s sin disorders.

In America, we have conveniently labeled or classified our families as dysfunctional. We have been indoctrinated in our public schools with the “religion of tolerance.” Sin to you is not sin to others. We would rather give evil spirits politically correct names so we do not have to exercise our authority as Christians, and kick them out of our lives. Saying that a child is born that way or he or she has a medical disorder and it must be medicated because we don’t want to deal with them, is a lie from the pit of Hell. I don’t care if you label them; ADHD, ADTV, AHDD, or what ever letters you wish to give them. Pray for your child, love your child, read the Word of God with your child and tell them they are not a mistake and that there is a purpose for them being here, just like you!

Psalms 103: 1-5, holds a great key in understanding the need for our innocence to be restored and who restores our innocence. I find it very important to quote scripture here to make my point as to the Lord’s plan for our lives.

Psalms: 103:1-5
Bless the Lord oh my soul and all that is within me bless His Holy name. Bless the Lord oh my soul and forget none of His benefits. Who takes away my iniquities (sins) and heals all my diseases (infirmities, illnesses). Who redeems me from destruction, (from Satan’s plans). Who crowns me with loving kindness and tender mercies. Who satisfies my mouth with good things (all your needs met), so that my youth (innocence) is restored like the eagles.

John 10:10
The Thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy, I am come that they might have life and have it more abundantly.

Notice that Jesus refers to Psalms 103:1-5, in that the thief (Satan) tricks us into sinning that steals us away from God’s presence. Note also that the thief is trying to kill us with diseases and infirmities. And isn’t it interesting that the thief is trying to destroy us in all areas of our lives yet, Jesus has come to give us a life with loving kindness and tender mercies, a life more abundant.

Like a Child:
We know the importance of a child like faith or should I say being humble as a child. It is here where the Lord has helped me to understand that the Kingdom of Heaven is open to a person of child like innocence. I have come to recognize that Jesus is more interested in seeing us minister out of a love not hindered, pure, and innocent and humble. The Body of Christ needs to return back to the time we were “born again” and start doing the first works of Christ.
Jesus said to us His disciples;
Matthew 18:3-4:
And said, verily I say unto you, except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. Whosoever will humble themselves as this little child, the same is greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.

We understand the scripture found in, I John Chapter Four, where Apostle John tells us that; perfect love cast out all fear. Fear can not be in the presence of perfect love.

I John 4:18:
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

Understanding His love for us and what He did for us is so important. When many of us first came to Jesus we felt that overwhelming presence of perfect love and for a time, felt like a brand new person. We are not to forget our first love. Jesus gave His entire worth to us on that cross over 2000 years ago in order for us to be set free from sin and death. Giving us His entire worth was revealed to me by one of our ministry’s Jr. Chaplains (13 years old). He had a vision of Christ on the way home from one of our Tuesday night meetings and was still shaking when He got home. This young man had a vision of Jesus and was asked by Jesus if there was anything else He wanted from Him. The young teen replied that he had everything he could ever need. Jesus told him that He had given him all that He (Christ) was worth. The young minister was so scared and felt like he did not answer Jesus the right way, yet Jesus affirmed the young man by letting him know that He (Jesus), gave it all.

Out of the mouth of babes you might say. I say, amen! This young teen didn’t have the years of studying under his belt, yet Christ chose him to speak through.

What good is it to have the wisdom of the ages if you can’t hear from the Holy Spirit when to use this wisdom? What good does understanding the essence of the scriptures do us if we won’t apply the scriptures to our very lives?

The Kingdom of Heaven is like a child. This is an important key given us through the Holy Scriptures. We are to have the faith of a child, acceptance as a child, and love like a child. Though we may be grown, in the eyes of God we are still children in need of a loving father. We are to be totally dependent on the Lord who created us. Anyone who accepts a child in Jesus name will be accepted by Him.

Scriptural references: Matthew 18:2–5; Mark 9:36–37; 10:15; and Luke 9:47-48

In the course of studying humanity, I am overwhelmed with the types of mannerisms and gestures we interact with each other. You can almost detect areas in people’s lives where they had been wounded as a child. I have experienced this on numerous occasions as I have had the opportunity to pray for people. After praying for them they would ask me how I knew about their past. Of course all inspiration in these areas is directed by the Holy Spirit who knows each and every one of us inside and out. But still, I have concluded that we carry into our adult lives strongholds that were established well before we started paying taxes.

Section Five - The Tools Required

You never want to go into any battle or situation in life without having all of your weapons or equipment. This is why we need to hold Satan accountable to the things stolen from us in our early years. By forgiving those who were influenced or used by Satan to steal from you in order to have you killed or to see you eventually destroyed, will set those people free from the same devices used against them in their life.

In this section we are going to equip you with a very powerful weapon that will not only help you take back what was stolen from you and those around you but will deal a decisive blow to the enemy of your soul. This section will have several key scriptural references that will help you in your deliverance and understanding so that you to can be a Restoration Minister.

Forgiveness:
Please if you will, envision our Lord and Savior after being set up by one of His own disciples, while others that had served with Him run away in His greatest need, He now being demoralized, tortured, beaten, skin ripped off His body, spit upon, cursed, forced to carry His own cross, then having nails driven through His wrist and feet after pompously having a crown of thorns smashed over his brow. Envision if you can; His raw back now subject to lying on a rough sawn, wooden cross full of splinters. After being forced to lie down and then lifted up so that He on the cross would fit snuggly in a hole in the ground so that all those around Him could laugh and taunt Him.

And after all that, our Christ leans forward supported only by the nails in His wrist, looked down at all mankind, (past, present, and future) through His own blood, sweat, and tears, and says to the Father;

Luke 23:34:
“Father, forgive them….for they know not what they do!”

The very act of forgiveness of the people who have injured you as a child sets into motion a great chain of events:
1. You are no longer responsible for the forgiveness of that individual.
2. God now has permission to move on that person’s behalf. The Lord will change their heart or move them out of your way forever
3. Satan has now been caught and must pay back what was stolen in both lives.
4. You now have a greater testimony. And have been set free from the rule of bitterness and the control the other person’s offense toward you.

***Scriptural reference: Proverbs 6:30-31; 2 Corinthians 2:1-11; and 5:18-20

Just recently, the Lord has prompted me to meditate on a few scriptures that I have been quoting now for several years. As I broke down these scriptures I realized the power that these Words had over my own restoration and the restoration of others.

Let’s look at the scripture found in Matthew 16, verse 19;
And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Jesus said to Peter His disciple, that this principle was a key. We could bind things and loose things here on earth and it would be done also in heaven. As I studied this scripture I pondered about what it was that we should be binding and what we should be loosing. As I continued to read on, I found myself in Matthew Chapter 18. This chapter alone really speaks on the tools we need to assist us in restoring our childlike faith and walking in a true humility.

Chapter 18 of Matthew is essential in the fact, it brings home the message and power of forgiveness. As was mentioned before in Section Four; we must become as little children, full of humility and faith. When we have the faith and humility of a child we can operate the tool, or should I say the weapon of forgiveness around us. In Matthew 18 verse 18, Jesus once again tells us that; “whatsoever we bind on earth shalt be bound in heaven, and whatsoever we loose on earth shalt be loosed in heaven.” Jesus goes on to say in verses 19 -20 that; “if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they ask, it will be done for them by the Father which is in heaven, and where two or more are gathered together in Jesus name He will be in the midst of them.” This is an important reference for all of us. Jesus is teaching a powerful principle of living by faith and what He is going to do if we are in agreement with Him.

When we bind the evil influence around us and cast it out never to return, we are then assured that it is established in heaven. And who ever we loose through the power of forgiveness here on earth, they are loosed in heaven. Loosing the human offender of our lives gives our Lord the right to move against the enemy of our soul. The Lord now has your permission to save the person who offended you and restore a piece of your innocence stolen from you. Since the economy of heaven is not based on monetary means or riches but souls, it is obvious the Lord is very much interested in filling the heavens with His children, won from the clutches of sin and death.

Let us take a look as what Peter says in, II Peter 3, verse 9:
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Please take the time to read all of Matthew 18 and understand the powerful tools Jesus the Christ gives us. “And always, when you pray; pray in His name, the “God who saves us.” “Y’shua, Jesus the Christ of Nazareth.” (Y’shua or Yeshua is Jesus’ name in Hebrew.)

As you read Matthew chapter 18, you will come across words like offenses and to offend. Jesus is making it very clear this is not His will for us His children. He also admonishes us to get rid of anything in our lives that continues to offend. It is important you recognize why this message is very timely. We are living in the last days and greater woes are about to fall on all mankind. The Lord needs us to be restored back to our first love, and remember when we were first saved. He is asking His disciples in these days to do the first works and stand in position at the wall.

The Lord is promoting a “relationship type church” a form of worship that the Lord is invited to participate in fully. (More on relationship church in; Section Eight). The form of worship the Western Church has been involved in has been “program regulated” and caters to the “offenses” of others. Or should I say; “let’s be tolerant of others, so we don’t offend our Tithers” worship services. When we as a body care more about our programs we offer at our places of worship then whether or not the Lord is there, is something that has gone unchecked for too long. Because we don’t deal with the root of offenses that causes bitterness amongst the Body we are never able to fully love each other. We must understand the principle of binding and loosing so that we can strike a death blow to this root that has been entwined in our fellowships for years.
We must be willing to forgive those the Devil has tricked into offending us, and see those around us saved and restored themselves.

You may be the key to someone’s eternal destiny. By the example you live and lead may determine the eternal fate of the lives around you. We have to believe that we are not here by accident and that we all have a calling and a duty to fulfill while here on earth during our short pilgrimage.

Forgive yourself:
My childhood was filled with offenses. The pain inflicted in my childhood was horrible yet; I really don’t remember the offenses anymore and certainly don’t feel the pain of those incidences. My restoration is not fully complete and will not be until the day of Jesus’ return. The biggest hurdle I have had in this time of my restoration has been the “forgiveness of self!”

Time and time again I would struggle over the offenses I had committed in my past even after asking the Lord to forgive me. It wasn’t until I heard Him speak to me one night, before I was to preach on forgiveness the next day, which I finally broke down and forgave myself. I felt as if a dam had burst open over my head and the Blood of Jesus that had been covering me finally was allowed to wash over all of me, through me, and around me. Wow! The next morning I preached with such fire, determination and compassion which to this day has not stopped, praise Jesus!

You might want to take some time here to self reflect on what I just wrote above; go ahead, I’ll wait.

Are we all back? Wasn’t that awesome? Feel a little freer? Go ahead…blow your nose again.
O.K. now we’re getting it. Understanding that we have been totally and unconditionally forgiven requires us to do the same for others, including and most importantly ourselves. You will be able to look at those who have offended you and sincerely say;
“Father, forgive them for they know not what they do.”

Precious Saints of the Living God, I must give you one more tool so that you can get to work. It is to remind you that “death and life” are in the tongue;

Proverbs 18:21
Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

The tongue can set us free or keep us in bondage to sin and death. Learn to speak life into all things that are good and bind all things which are evil. Loose those that need salvation and restoration, and learn to walk in the fruit of the Spirit of God for which there is no law (Galatians 5:22).

Scriptural references: Proverbs 15:4, 18:21, 21:23; James 3:5-8

When we start viewing our lives from Gods’ perspective we start to see how precious we are to Him and how much a threat we are to Satan and his deceitful kingdom. In the next section we will start to investigate the “callings of God” and to identify the “gifts of the Spirit” in your life to give further proof as to why we need to have our faith and innocence restored in the hour.
Galatians 5:1 can now be applied to our lives after we have discovered this valuable key to our success as born again, Disciples of Christ. (I will let you look that verse up yourself)

Forgiven and forgotten:
O.K. saints, I need to address this part of forgiveness so that we inadvertently don’t find ourselves on the wrong side of the offence (little pun there).

When we confess our faults or sins and ask for forgiveness, is not God faithful and just to forgive us our sins against Him? Doesn’t the Word say that our sins are forgiven as far as the east is from the west? If the Lord who takes away all our iniquity has forgotten the offense done unto Him, what business do we have reminding each other of forgotten offences? My point here is this; to practice perfect love of forgiveness, we must act like Jesus. If the God who saves us has forgiven us our offenses against Him, then we are to do the same for each other and for those who have been forgiven.

Let us review three powerful scripture references on this subject.

Proverbs 10:12
Hatred stirreth up strife: but love covers a multitude of sins.

Proverbs 17:9
He that covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth very friends.

I Peter 4:8
And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.

Once a sin is forgiven it should not be mentioned again by anyone. If we repeat a matter of a sin of another person who has been forgiven by God, then who are we working for when we bring the matter up again? In what spirit are we operating from? Isn’t the Devil the accuser of the brethren? Deliverance is in the tongue. We know the power of labeling people. It is as if we have put a mark on them, like a hot branding iron. Oh, the tongue of man who can tame it?

I believe the reason many of us have fallen into this type of behavior is real simple, it was taught to us. Our peers through gossiping have erred in the continuing of offenses because they themselves have been offended. Let us repent of this evil and learn to cover each other with love and not judgment. Matthew chapter 18 is a great study on this matter especially when dealing with an offender.

Many have come to me after I have prayed for someone and asked me why I always speak positive about a person in my exhortation to them. I respond in this matter; it is my responsibility to pull the true person of God out from behind the thick black curtain that is surrounding their true light. Yes, I do see the wickedness and the things that grieve the Lord, but when you as a person don’t know who you really are, what does it matter if I point out all your flaws. I would be assisting the Devil in keeping that dark wall up around you. I don’t work for the Devil’s kingdom. It is our job as Ministers of the Light to shed the Light of the Gospel in others lives and let the Holy Spirit do His work in us, amen?

This manual is unique in that it is helping to bridge the gap between the foundation of the Church and the Church’s Chief Corner Stone, Jesus our Messiah. Since correction of any type should start in the House of God, let us be quick to receive it and rejoice in it’s deliverance for our soul’s sake (I Peter 4:17).

Section Six - Our Purpose

Here on purpose with a purpose:

In this section, we will define our purpose for being here on earth and to what our earthly pilgrimage entails.

Keeping in mind, the work of the Lord is ever before us needing an army well equipped to stand against the whiles of the enemy, Satan and his demons.

Knowing that the Lord has personally and purposely known us before we were even in the womb of our earthly mother (Jeremiah 1:5), and that He has called each of us with a Holy calling (Ephesians 1:4-5 and Romans 8:29-30), to carry out His plan of redemption and ultimate fellowship with His most precious creation, you and me.

To know that all of us have a calling should encourage us to take life more seriously, amen? The focus of life here on Earth must include the awareness that we are here for a purpose that includes a master plan from God. It is the Lord who sent us here to complete a work and the Lord who has given us the authority and the tools to accomplish it.
One of my favorite verses in the bible in my earlier days was found in;
Philippians chapter 1 verse 6
“Being confident of this very thing. That He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”

As was taught earlier in this lesson on restoration, it is important to conclude that Satan is not all too happy about our existence here on this planet. Satan has declared war on us for invading a territory given to us from God for the advancement of His Kingdom “here on Earth as it is in Heaven” (Matthew 6:10). Through the robbing of our innocence and teaching us to offend each other, the enemy has kept us from focusing our efforts of colonizing the Earth for the Kingdom of Heaven, to attacking each other, thus destroying our purpose for being here in the first place.

What would be the enemy’s reason for our ultimate destruction if it weren’t for the fact that our existence is a threat against his? Satan is our ultimate enemy not each other. The fact that he picks on us while we are in the womb or as little children is a major attack against our reason for being here. I pray this is making more sense to you as you have reflected on your own childhood issues. The Word is very clear as to why we are here on this planet, and that we “are” the promised seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The Lord is fulfilling or should I say; has fulfilled the covenant He made with Father Abraham.

Let us look at the Word found in; Genesis Chapter 22 verses 16-18 “And said, by Myself have I sworn, saith the Lord, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son , thine only son: That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of His enemies; And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.”

I don’t know about you, but that sounds like the Lord is doing just that! As Christians it really does behoove us to study the Word in Genesis. This is where it all began for us. This is where “today happenings” have been foretold.

Abraham the Father of our faith is the reason the Lord continues His purposing of those alive today. He sends us here out of love with great purpose and a plan. Through the walking out of your pilgrimage here on earth you have been given the gift of free will to chose who you wish to live for. Your free will is the real challenge of the enemy of your soul and he wants desperately to control it.

I would also like to point out that the Lord was also including those of us who are not of the Jewish lineage that we too were counted amongst the seed of Abraham and have the same inheritance.

In the Book of Romans, chapter 9 verse 11 and then verses 25-26 the Word says;(For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of Him who calleth ;)

Amos 9:11
As He saith also in Osee [Hosea], I will call them My people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved. And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, ye are not my people; there they shall be called the children of the Living God.

It is also said in; Romans chapter 10, that “whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed.” And that; “whosoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” I could go on and on with verses proving that “you and I” where on His heart from the beginning and it is now time for “you and I” to take up our mantle and get to work for the true Kingdom, the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. And as the Holy Spirit spoke to me awhile back; “If you will build My Kingdom, I will build My Kingdom in you!” Enough said!

Ratifying the Old Covenant:
Which covenant do you wish to help ratify? Which plan do you wish to participate in? Under which covenant do you believe fulfills your purpose and reason of existence? Through the Study of the book of Genesis we will come to know Father God in a new way and how He has a plan for us from the beginning before “Old Snake Breath” (Satan) came into the picture. As we study the promise / covenant the Lord made with father Abraham in Genesis Chapter 22 verses 16-18, we can conclude that this is a very large promise and that the Lord is not a man that He should tell lies. This promise was ratified on the cross several years later after many references to the coming Savior had been prophesied by the Lord’s prophets.
I praise Jesus for the New Covenant ratified and satisfied by His precious blood for me on Calvary over two thousand years ago, and for the promise he gave Father Abraham because of his obedience. I thank the Lord for also sending us now to earth to assist in the final fulfillment of that promise as well as an answer to the prayers of the saints of old. Jesus even told His disciples that many would come from the east and from the west and sit down with father Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of Heaven (Matthew 8 verse 11).

Let us just imagine if you will, the conversation the Lord may have had with you before you departed from Him and embarked on a journey here on earth to fulfill or complete a work that only you are sent to do? Let’s say that you are sent to a womb of His choosing, in order for you to eventually come forth and find the Father again through His Son Jesus our Messiah, while walking in an earthen vessel. According to the Word, it is the Father that draws us to His Son so that we who believe and receive Jesus as our personal Savior may come back to the Father through Him.

Let us read what Jesus speaks in; John 6: 44
“No man can come unto me, except the father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at that last day.”

Think back if you will, to a time in your life where you started to wonder if there was anything more to your existence. Why am I here? Or, what is my purpose here? Or how about; why was I born to this family? As we have learned earlier in this teaching, the devil is bent on our destruction and regardless of which womb you came from, the attack is still the same. Praise the Lord for the grace, strength, and His love to endure these attacks and to eventually grow from our early experiences and influences.

As a young man growing up, I would often sit and ponder my existence and reason for being here. I never felt connected to my family because of the influences of the enemy in my early childhood. Yet I desired to be accepted and wanted by my family, and would find myself giving in to the lies being spewed forth around me by those who themselves never really understood why they too were here. Had it not been for a personal revelation of Jesus early in my life at a time when my life and the life of my family had been threatened I would not have made the connection I have been given today. The Lord’s divine intervention saved my family that evening and I am here to tell about it now. How many others can share similar events in their life where there was no other explanation for them being alive but by a divine interruption?

Let’s connect the dots here folks. Because you have been sent here with a purpose and a plan, the enemy of our Lord and Savior knows that his time is short. The devil can not afford to have us down here advancing a Kingdom he is no longer apart of. When we as “Sent Ones” learn to look at all people as “sent too” the chances of offending each other on purpose will decrease as the Lord increases in us, amen.

Even in Africa:
Currently as I write this manual, I am in Africa. I am here on a mission of restoration. My host is the Stephan Milongo the current president of the Christian Political Party; Mwinda (The Lamp). His father, Andre Milongo was the President of the Republic of Congo back in 1991. He was a man of God and was always working on behalf of the people of his country. Recently, in July of ’07, Andre Milongo had died mysteriously in a hospital in Paris, France. Stephan Milongo, (Andre’s oldest son) then decided to leave his home in the Washington D. C. area after 25 years, to carry on the work his father and mother have done in Congo. He currently is preparing to run for the presidency of his country and be led of God to assist in bringing restoration and transformation to a land full of death and little hope. His mother, Mama Marie Milongo has a ministry here in Congo which has for many years provided relief to those less fortunate and still carries on the work her and her husband started years ago. It was Mama Milongo that was sent to me by God back in 2006. It was by divine appointment that we met and now since the death of her husband, the Lord has sent me here to assist her and her son Stephan, in understanding what the Lord plans to do here in Africa by way of restoration and how Stephan’s life is purposed to carry on the mantle of his father who was loved by hundreds of thousands here in the Congo.

This, being my second “sent” trip to the heart of Africa (Congo), with the message of restoration and transformation, my work is cut out for me. Though the body of Christ here is well established, it is quite prevalent the church has mixed witchcraft and Jesus together in their message and is causing so much trouble. The country looks like a disaster zone. In 2005 when I first visited Congo, I was in Kinshasa, the Nation’s capitol of the Democratic Republic of Congo. I was in the country for 3 weeks preaching to thousands the message of restoration. Three years later our ministers in Kinshasa have confirmed that restoration is taking place and that even the government has started to settle and bring peace. The Church is strong there and growing.

Several civil wars over the years have left the people of the Republic of Congo (across the Congo River from the Democratic Republic of Congo), in a state of shock and purposelessness. They make no long term goals for their lives or communities for fear that another war will break out and all will be destroyed again. They are quick to rally and support any form of religion or cult that promises them relief from the persecution and tribulation they are always subject too. They are a Nation with “no purpose.” Yet in the midst of their pain and anguish the Lord has worked many miracles here. I have seen him heal many as I and others have prayed for them. Their belief in magic is very strong here and has caused even their President to seek out magic from around the world to assure his continued power. Currently, the 40 year reign of this dictator is ending, for he is dieing from pancreas cancer. Restoration is right on time!

Fear is the stronghold that keeps these precious people from experiencing true freedom and that is why the Lord is bringing them the message of forgiveness in such a powerful and dramatic way. I know in my heart that the Lord is going to do a great thing here in all of Congo and that he will finish it. What a great joy this will bring to Christians around the world. The message of restoration and transformation is now here.

“If you change the heart, you change the mind!”

Purpose of the Holy Spirit:
The movement of the Holy Spirit in this hour is leading us toward the end of this age. His focus and divine purpose is still the winning of souls for His Kingdom and repairing the breach between Jesus and His Church, which over the years has separated itself from the true foundation of Christ and is building its own little kingdom. We must carefully study the Words found in Isaiah chapter 58. This is the true work of faith being done by the Holy Spirit in this hour. A Missionary to Africa was speaking to me before my departure back to Congo and asked me if I was an Isaiah 58 ministry. I was sort of caught off guard by his question. I of course said; “yes” and that I believed we should all be Isaiah 58 ministers to the world. He shook my hand and said he loved to shake the hands of those who understand what God is saying to His church from that book and chapter.

With the condition of the world around us always in a state of panic, we know that the days mentioned in the Book of Daniel and the Book of Revelations is on the horizon. But let us not forget the words spoken in the Books of; Joel chapter 2 verses 28 - 32 and Acts chapter 2 verses 17 – 21 (I will let you look those up yourself).

America, once a powerful Christian Nation, has fallen asleep at the helm and has allowed the church to be splintered and diluted spiritually. We stopped being the voice of truth to our country and have stood idly by as Satan lulled us to sleep with his poisoned lullabies. We became less tolerant of sin and more open to “Do what thou wilt!” This is Satan’s commandment not our Lord and Saviors!

We have held the truth of the scriptures in unrighteousness and now we are paying for our lack of stewardship of God’s Word and His mission. We have elected to elevate man in our pulpits and have not charged the rest of the congregation with the duty of advancing the great commission given us by Christ Himself. Our poor economy is the result of not following the principles given us in His Holy Word. We have not taught the principles of the gifts of the Holy Spirit and have left those who have the gift of wealth or the gift of giving, swallowed up by greed and the need to horde riches. We have looked to the poor for the means to advance the Kingdom of God instead of those gifted in the area of means and wealth.

The early American Puritans:
The early American Puritans had the best examples of working together for the common good of everyone. The Puritans wished to advance the Kingdom of God here on Earth and applied the principles of loving their neighbor as themselves, to everything including; manufacturing, homes, farming, government, etc. They had a firm and solid economy which never was in debt. We have lost these principles along the way and have forgotten the principles given us in His Word.

Purposed callings:
Godly Kings got things done for the Kingdom back before the first church. The King’s men carried out the duties of the treasury and as long as you were faithful to your calling all went well. A good example of this is found in the Book of Nehemiah (we will discuss that later).

God’s economy has always been the winning back of souls, keeping his covenant to father Abraham and us His children. He owns everything else anyways! Yet we have perverted kingship and the callings of God. We have conveniently dismissed the gifts of God with the first church. Our callings are without repentance and will always counter what the Devil throws at us if we are true to Heaven.

Whether you’re a doctor, mechanic, emergency worker, manufacturer, minister, teacher, laborer, etc. God has a call on your life. Having been given the precious gift of “free will” you can choose who you are going to serve with your calling. I have heard people tell me that they just want to serve themselves and that’s it. It is sad to say, but that was Lucifer’s fatal mistake too. Could it be that by only serving ourselves we are really serving the enemy of our soul?

I figure that since my calling and gifts come from the Creator of all things seen and unseen. I should serve Him and Him alone. I hear the retirement plan is out of this world!

I was sitting at breakfast one morning over looking the beautiful garden of my sponsoring host here in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, and I was watching the butterflies and honey bees busy collecting nectar from the many beautiful flowers outside in the garden. I was once again being reminded by the Holy Spirit how all of creation has a divine purpose and a divine plan.

The butterfly doesn’t envy the honey bee nor does anything else of God’s creation except us. This is obviously a sin nature in us that must be overcome. Yet, God has equipped each of us with callings and gifts to perform. As the Lord will not take the calling away from the butterfly or the bee and have them do something else, He will not take our calling or gifts away either. Unfortunately many of us use these callings and gifts for the wrong purpose and become enemies of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Let’s look at; Romans chapter 11 verses 28-29.
As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the Father’s sake. For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

Even though the children of this “world” may be enemies of God’s children, God will not remove or repent of the callings and gifts He has given us all. This is the hope of our nature, that one day we will be re-introduced back to our Creator through His Son and then start using the calling and gifts given us by Him for His kingdom and not our little kingdoms anymore. It is rewarding and encouraging noting; no matter where our allegiance lies, we all have a calling and the gifts to carry it out. There really is no excuse for any of us who are alive today to feel as though our lives are worthless especially for those of us who are born again into the Kingdom of Jesus our Messiah. Let’s take a look at what Jesus says in the Book of John chapter 15 verse 16;
Ye have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye shall go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit shall remain: that whatsoever ye ask of the Father in My name, He may give to you.

Chapter 15 of the Book of John is a very powerful chapter. If we refuse Christ, we are not His, and therefore will be cut off as a branch that can bear no fruit. Yet still, if we use the calling and gifts of God through Christ, we will bear much fruit and our fruit shall remain. Serving the world with your calling and gifts without the power source is fruitless and will not last. But if we abide in Christ and He in us, then we abide in the Father as well. We will abide in His love. We also know; love is the greatest of His fruits and will last forever.

Before the foundation of the world:
Prior to coming to terms with my own calling, I wore many hats in society. Knowing since childhood that I would serve Jesus in some way with my life, I found myself in careers spanning from Criminal Justice to Retail Sales, Troubled Youth development to Christian Radio Host.

Having coached several sports and taught life guarding, CPR, First Aid classes, and coached and taught swimming, it almost looked like I didn’t have a clue what to do with myself. Little did I know, the Lord, had been preparing me for the apostleship of restoration and transformation.

He was training me in many areas to observe and work in environments necessary for His restoration. This is why I do not discard any life experiences; it behooves me to know in my spirit man that all experiences in life, great or small, good or bad, have a consequence or tangible wisdom and can be used in the calling and purpose for my pilgrimage. You would think that some higher power might be involved somewhere in all of this?

With all that said, let us look to the scriptures once more and see if we can identify more of our purpose here.

II Timothy 1:9:
Who hath saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began.

My life experiences I believe were purposed and planned. It is by the grace of God that when I “exited” the plan for my life, whether through being deceived by my own imagination or those around me, that I was afforded the grace to build a testimony of how not to do things and the grace to get back on the right path of life through Jesus Christ. There has been many times I have hung my head low in shame for the things I allowed myself to get involved in and praise the Lord for not giving up on a wretched sinner like me.

From the scripture reference above, we then know our calling is a holy calling, not of ourselves, but according to God’s purpose and plan. Once again I would like to point out the word “grace.” For the grace of God is to continue His work in us through Christ Jesus. I believe to whatever degree we are exercising our calling and gifts; grace is always available in abundance when we are yielded to our God through Christ Jesus and led of the Holy Spirit.

2Corrintians 12:9:
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

As we all start to step out in our divine callings, we will be very appreciative of the grace afforded us especially when we have not lived as we should. I have concluded that Satan is not my worst enemy anymore, but I. It is very easy to criticize yourself for past failures and defeats, but it is here where God’s unending grace and mercy through our Lord Jesus comes in. We can understand when Apostle Paul says; “My grace is sufficient for you.” Regardless of Apostle Paul’s past mistakes and crimes against God, still the Lord had a plan for Paul’s life and did purpose him for it through the grace and mercy offered at the Cross of our salvation.

(Interesting note; I am always amazed at how the Cross of our salvation does bring us to our own cross road in life, where we have to make a choice who are we going to serve. Time to pick up our cross and follow Jesus)
“My grace is sufficient for you.” Or could we say; “by grace you will operate in your calling and not by anything you have done of yourself nor deserve.” If I received what I deserve, I would be in some hot fire. “Thank you Jesus, for forgiveness, and Your grace to not remember my past sins and disobedience.”

Romans 8:29-30
For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He did predestinate, them He also called: and whom He called them He also justified: and whom He justified, them He also glorified.

To foreknow someone is to have known them already. To predestinate is to pre determine a purpose or a plan. If you have already been known by God and He has given you a determined purpose then you must be called to it. In the scripture above, the Lord has determined to design us in the image of His Son, Jesus. As Jesus was sent of the Father to be the firstborn of us all, we have His example as to how to live out our calling having too been sent here with a predetermined mission. Exciting isn’t it? If you can grasp this message, you will never look the same way at anyone else again (at least not with disgust, covetousness, or envy). We are either on the path of life or off it. It’s that free will thing again.

A great brother of mine and fellow apostle; Steve Busulwa from Uganda, loves to preach the message of; “Purpose.” Apostle Steve says; “if you are still breathing, you have purpose. If you are still carrying on in life, you have purpose. If you are still eating food, you have purpose. So get about your purpose!”
